If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 8 hours from the time of delivery to submit a claim. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
To process your claim, please take clear photos of the item, highlighting the issue. Our team may request additional details to help us understand the problem. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
